Summer is beginning!

Hello all!  Even though the weather doesn't feel like it today, summer is coming!  Our summer session has begun here at From Art to Zebras.  We're offering great new classes and workshops, and we also have some fun new drop-in projects.  And don't forget, we're still registering for summer camps!  We know the economy is keeping some families strapped, so we're offering some great deals and discounts this summer!  Here's what's going on this week:

Creative Classes

Science Club May 12 5-6pm

What's in the sky?  How does weather work?  Ever wonder what makes up the atmosphere?  Then join us in our Science Club this summer!  We will satisfy your curiosity of the Earth's outer layers through crafts and books.

Pyramids & Mummies May 13 5-6:30pm

Travel through time in our Pyramids and Mummies summer Geography Club.  Learn about Egypt with games, crafts, and other hands-on projects.  Great for ages 6 and up.

Mind Over Muscle  May 14 4-5pm

No couch potatoes here!  Come stretch your muscles and move with the music!  This class is for ages 7-12.

Book Club May 14 5-6pm

Kids get a hands-on approach to reading with weekly projects based on their chosen book!

Youngster Classes

Messy Masterpieces May 12 & 13 4-5pm

Let your young Picasso loose as we explore the Art Masters through drawing, painting, and sculpting.  Be sure to dress for mess!

Special Events

Storybook Celebration May 15 4-5pm

Come join us in a celebration of books!  We'll party it up with an awesome story, art project, snacks, and more!  The cost is $9/child or $15/family.

Girls' Night Out May 15 6-9pm

All right girls, don't miss out on a night just for you!  We will show the movie "Beverly Hills Chihuahua," stuff a posh pet with bling, and feast on pizza and dessert.  The cost is $25/child or $20 each for 2 or more.
